As CEO, Mr. Morse is responsible for stewarding the company’s overall vision, ensuring the Therigy team delivers exceptional service to its specialty pharmacy clients. Morse’s 18 years in the specialty pharmacy industry enables him to align Therigy’s consulting and technology products to best accomplish clients’ strategic goals. Prior to co-founding Therigy in 2006, he held the position of Vice President of Business & Corporate Development at the Aetna Specialty Pharmacy. Previously, he served as Vice President of Business & Corporate Development with Priority Healthcare, where he applied his managed care expertise. Joe began his career at Accenture as a Manager in the Health Services Practice working with clients on strategy, technology and post-merger initiatives. Joe received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Florida.
Natalie leads the National Channel Account Team, as part of the US Market Access team. Her team is responsible for distributors, retailers, specialty pharmacies, oncology GPOs and dialysis organizations. Natalie’s role is focused on building partnerships and developing strategies from distribution to the point of dispensing to patients.
Natalie’s career with AstraZeneca started in 1993. She has held roles in different parts of the organization to include Managed Markets, Field Sales, Commercial Operations and Supply Chain. In her most recent position as Executive Director of the National Provider and Health Systems Team, Natalie was accountable for our strategy to build partnerships with customers to address the demands of the new healthcare environment. Her responsibilities included developing meaningful relationships with these customers and developing customer plans and approaches, bringing value to customers and the patients we serve.

Kyle Skiermont is the Prior to his position at Prime Therapeutics, Kyle was the Chief Operating Officer for Fairview Pharmacy Services in Minneapolis, MN. He received his PharmD from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Pharmacy.
Kyle has spent 20+ years in pharmacy including traditional retail, clinic based retail, outpatient pharmacy at an academic health center, community and home infusion, specialty, and mail order. In addition, he is a frequent media and professional spokesperson on a variety of pharmacy topics.
is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, holding Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees. Brandon received his Master of Management in Health Care from the Owen Graduate School of Business at Vanderbilt University. With more than 12 years of Specialty Pharmacy experience, across adult and pediatric enterprises, Brandon has served in various clinical and leadership roles at Accredo, Medco, Express Scripts and Vanderbilt Specialty Pharmacies. Currently Brandon is the Vice President of Clinical Affairs for Trellis Rx where he partners with Health Systems to improve outcomes for their specialty patients.

Suzette is a Board Member for NASP, WBL, AMCP & State of FL Innovation Caucus Board. Invited by the Governor’s office to spearhead FL's Talent Caucus, she was 1 of 50 women selected to participate in a Prestigious Executive Leadership Program at Tuck School of Business-Dartmouth & was 1 of only 14 women to receive the Dorothy Brothers Scholarship award by WBENC.
After a successful exit from CSI in 2019, Suzette’s passion continues to guide innovative business models that have the opportunity to revolution and improve patient care outcomes, and also enjoys serving in a Board Member or Advisory capacity for select organizations and Private Equity Firms. A Proud West Point and Army mom, when not traveling abroad or exploring the high seas, Suzette and her husband call Tampa, FL home.
Amanda Winter serves as the Vice President of Reimbursement, Quality and Learning & Development for US Bioservices a provider of specialty pharmacy services throughout the nation. US Bioservices an AmerisourceBergen company is headquartered in Carrollton, TX, with 6 satellite locations. Amanda takes pride in building a culture of quality, trust, collaboration and compliance across the organization.
Prior to joining US Bioservices, Ms. Winter served as Vice President of Reimbursement at Accredo Health in Nashville, Tennessee, where she had general oversight responsibility for daily revenue cycle management operations. Ms. Winter’s professional background was diverse with experience in physician practice management mergers & acquisitions to health maintenance organization corporate accounting.
Ms. Winter earned her bachelor’s degree in professional accountancy from Mississippi State University and holds a Certified Public Accountant license in the state of Tennessee.
Michael Einodshofer started his pharmacy career as a practicing pharmacist in both retail and hospital pharmacy settings and transitioned to the managed care industry in 2006. Michael worked as Director of Pharmacy for the UPMC Health Plan for 6 years before transitioning to a leadership role with Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy. After 5 years with Walgreens, Michael joined Maxor National Pharmacy Services in 2016 as Chief Innovation Officer where he currently leads clinical program development, healthcare analytics, and pharma trade relations.
Since joining ReCept in 2009, Carmine has been responsible for overseeing ReCept’s long term national growth, developing a multi-disciplined team focused on patient care, and integration of strategic initiatives to expand specialty pharmaceutical care to large health systems.
With more than 30 years of executive leadership in both retail and specialized pharmacy services, he was a key industry contributor in defining the “specialty” pharmacy model. Prior to joining ReCept, Carmine served as Chief Operating Officer for TheraCom, a service division of CVS Caremark, and Vice President of CVS Caremark Specialty Operations, overseeing all specialty retail locations across 25 states. Mr. DeNardo earned a BS in Pharmacy from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts
Debra A. Fickert has 20 years in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, of which 13 years are with Pfizer Inc. She is currently the Director Team Lead of Pfizer’s Specialty Pharmacy Strategy & Innovation division supporting Inflammation & Immunology, Oncology and Rare Disease product portfolios. Debra is focused on delivering innovative, patient-centric solutions to help prescribed patients access therapy and keep patients on their prescribed medication, as clinically appropriate. She has held several leadership roles at Pfizer Inc including Payer Brand Marketing; National Account Marketing; and Consumer Brand Marketing across specialty and primary care product portfolios. Prior to joining Pfizer, Debra was head of Aetna’s innovative health and marketing division. She led a team that collaborated with Harvard Medical School and Johns Hopkins University to develop digital-based health and wellness consumer programs. The programs were implemented through Aetna’s national employer customers to improve worksite productivity and manage total cost of care. Debra has also held several strategic marketing roles with a national advertising agency, technology firm and education corporation. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mansfield University. Debra is a member of the Healthcare Businesswomens Association (HBA).
