We don't care how big or small you think your primary care innovation is. It can be as sophisticated as a totally new way to practice primary care. All ideals are amazing! Please share!

What is the Primary Care Challenge?
Healthcare in America is in a period of rapid change, and primary care physicians are on the front lines. Innovations in Primary Care are essential to meet the challenge of providing more people with consistent, quality care for less money without burning out our clinicians. These innovations are already happening in hospitals, academic medical centers and clinics all across the country. The Primary Care Challenge seeks to publicize and promote the best and brightest of these innovative ideas so that clinicians everywhere can see what works and implement those ideas that are most appropriate for their particular environment.
What awards are available?
Our sponsors have generously provided eleven prizes to be awarded to the most innovative submissions to the contest. Awards include all-expenses-paid trips to Boston to pitch their proposal to a panel of judges during our September 16, 2014 live event “Medicine on the Front Lines: Empowering the Next Generation of Primary Care Providers” at Harvard Medical School. For a list of all eleven awards, click here.
