Chronic Kidney Disease and Blood Pressure Control -- What Target Is Best?

Chronic kidney disease comes with an array of problems, of which blood pressure control is one of the most vexing. Somewhere between 120 and 140 mm Hg there exists a ""sweet spot"" that maximizes benefit and reduces harm. The question is, where is that sweet spot?
