    I am an emergency medicine physician and medical toxicologist at the Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School. My research focuses on the intersection of technology and health. I have led pilot deployments of wearable devices and smart glasses in the emergency department to detect and respond to worsening illness and substance abuse.

    Jeremy Wagner has a deep knowledge of all aspects of Healthcare IT having spent his entire 20 year career working and starting companies in the space.     Don Meier is an MBA candidate at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Don specializes in solving healthcare challenges by bringing custom 3D printed biotechnology solutions to physicians and patients. He holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and also has wide ranging experience in manufacturing, sales, commercialization, and large-scale technology consulting. His consulting experience also includes the implementation of the first-ever interoperable electronic health record, that now serves 67,000 military and retiree beneficiaries annually in a single facility, for the Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs.

  • Dr. Cohen is a practicing Urologist with a concentration in Oncology. He graduated from Syracuse University in 1976 with BS in Biology and SUNY - Upstate Medical Center with an MD in 1979. Dr. Cohen completed a residency in Urology at Case Western Reserve in 1984 and went on to do a Fellowship in Urology at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in 1985. Upon completion he entered clinical practice at Allegheny General Hospital (AGH) in 1985.

    During his career he developed multiple technologies and procedures including Laser Lithotripsy, Fiberoptic Based Endoscopy, Piezo electric transracial Ultrasound, primary endoscopic, urethral realignment and Cryosurgery. Dr. Cohen was the Director of Urology from 1998 until 2016. He was the Chief Medical Officer of AGH from 2013 – 2014 and became President of AGH as of June 1, 2016.

    Dr. Cohen is also the President of a private company, ChemImage which uses spectroscopy to detect environmental threats such as chemical or bio agents, drugs or explosives. He lives in Squirrel Hill with his wife Ellen, four children and 3 golden retrievers.

    Kelsie Hernandez is a technology consultant and MBA Candidate at Kellogg School of Management. Specifically, Kelsie has performed code structure analysis and delivered performance improvement recommendations for a health care system to eliminate a backlog of over 60 million requests. She also developed technical requirements, conducted data analytics, and performed portfolio rationalization for a Federal health care client. Kelsie holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.
