In this online competition, the Philips Wearables Challenge, clinicians, engineers, patients and entrepreneurs from around the country have been submitting their novel solutions to predict early signs of patient deterioration and prevent hospital readmission.

At the live event to be held on Tuesday, October 26 starting at 5:30PM the five finalist teams will compete in front of a live audience and a panel of expert judges to determine the winners.
