•Schedule 7 on 7 off
•Primarily day shift with 1:8 week rotation to night shift
•Pay incentive for extra shift(s) is $500
•Opportunity for shortened shifts (rotating and dependent on patient volume)
•Moonlighting and extended shift availability
• 12-13 patients per hospitalist, unit census 50-60 patients
•Open ICU including ventilator management
•Specialist available onsite
•Full benefits including CME and malpractice insurance
• $260k
•Signing $30k
•Residency $15k
•Loan $60k
•2 weeks paid vacation
