Details of the
· 15 shifts per month 7pm-7am

· Nurse practitioner or physician assistant is available throughout the night

· Ample staffing with a sustainable physician/patient ratio

· Patient rooms are single-occupancy

· Average patient volume ranges from 8 to 10 per night shift
