Compensation

*$250K base salary for three years

*Bonus 40% after overhead / expenses

*Health insurance, dental, malpractice (family coverage at shared cost)

*3 weeks of vacation

*1 week CME

* up to $10,000.00

*Sign on negotiable

*Partnership after 3 years of employment

*30% of practice with no buy-in amount



· Income guarantee plus a bonus structure

· Able to read EEG, EMG and perform lumbar punctures

· 1/3

· 3 year contract

· Typical 40 hours per week 7 am to 4 pm (rounds in am and then clinic)

· Little admissions (75% out-patient, 20% in-patient, 5% rehabilitation)

· Payor 50% to 60% private, 30% Medicare, 10% Medicaid (approximates)
