Hospital-owned clinic employed. 2 other providers in the practice.

Located on I-95, an hour northwest of Myrtle Beach and an hour and twenty minutes east of Columbia via I-20. Francis Marion University is located in Florence. The Univ. of South Carolina Medical School is located in Columbia.
