• Must be Board Certified General Surgery & Surgical Critical Care (ACS or Trauma)
• Must have 2 years recent trauma| Acute Care Surgery experience (and case logs to support it), no new grads.
• 90 days for credentialing
• Must send self-query NPDB and EPA with presentation

• Charting|Dictation System - Meditech

Backup specialties
• Peds unit in house, but Childrens Hospital only 6 miles away? stabilize & ship mostly
Process|Additional Information
• Medimobil training must be complete prior to 1st shift
• Provider Enrollment Form must be complete (PIF) for billing
• 7 shifts in a row either once or twice per month. 15 days a month are needing coverage

Shift Coverage
• 2 daytime in house & 1 night time in house

• APP #1: 7A-7P; APP #2 10A-10P
