(Physician/MD qualifications required) Hospitalist- Director - Optimum has partnered with a leading 80-bed hospital in western North Carolina seeking an Assistant Hospitalist Director to manage their established team.

This position will co-lead the hospitalist group to develop, implement, and sustain quality and assist with improvement projects.

Position

- Tuesday-Monday (first shift)
- No call required
- Daily 14-16 patients
- Competitive base salary based on experience
- Bonus incentives up to 20% of salary
- Board certification required
