What we are looking

1. At least 2 years of current Peds experience – residency does not count (this is the only deal breaker)
2. Familiar with eClincalWorks (eCW) – bumps up the list (not a deal breaker, but would be great)
3. Familiar with FQHC/CHC setting and patients – a plus (not a deal breaker)

1. We book around 24 and see between 12 and 16
2. Higher no show rate
3. Working on reducing the no show rate
4. We can keep a provider busy with our newly implemented call center and other enabling operational functions

 

1. MD/DO comp DOE/Negotiable – experience is key here. Number of years, FP, CHC, eCW.
2. Every provider has their very own MA & MED has “Float MA’s” to ensure that a provider is never without at least 1 MA.
3. 8am to 5pm schedule – gets worked-out with the CMO. We can flex, within reason.
4. 72 hours to close-out charts (a gift, really).
5. Call coverage is done by a nurse-based call center. If a clinical provider gets more than 5 calls a month, I would be surprised. Typical call is once every 3 to 4 weeks.
6. CEU, Licensing/Certification and Subscription Budgets.
7. Generous PTO.
8. Medical, Dental and Vision (medical covered at around 88%; dental covered a little less and vision less than dental – plenty of options. I have yet to receive a complaint).
9. Matching 401K.
