(Physician/MD qualifications required) Family Practice - Family Practice Physician needed for outpatient clinic only position

Base Salary annualized over 26 bi-weekly pay periods
Production Monthly potential with no cap$40 per encounter in a one month period greater than 310
$2,800 per year reimbursement
License & Association $1,800 per year reimbursement
NP Collaborative $1,000 per KBN agreement annually up to $5000 maximum.

Health|Dental|Vision| Organization pays a portion of all 401K $1 for $1 match on first 3% of income and .50 cents on the $1 on the 4 and 5% for a total max match at 4% of your income. This is a Safe Harbor Plan so you are vested on the company match immediately.

Call second level call via telephone, typically 1 in 6 week rotation.

Typical will be scheduled regularly for 40 hours per week in the office which may include Saturdays and evenings. Physician may need to work additional hours, as necessary to complete Physicians duties.
