• 6 to 7 Daily patient encounters in the Home,
M-F
• Continuity of same patients seen every 4 to 6 weeks
• Seasoned bi-lingual certified MA takes vitals, blood work and provides transport to and from appointments in outfitted company vehicle
• Point of service charting
• Easily communicate with care team and Medical Director
