Registration and abstract submissions are now open for the Southeastern Medical Scientist Symposium! SEMSS brings together faculty and students from schools around southeastern US, all passionate about medicine in practice and in research. The symposium remains entirely student-led, and it continues to expand each year. Everyone from undergraduates to med students to residents and fellows are invited to submit an abstract (deadline October 12). Travel awards are available for undergraduate presenters (deadline September 15) bit.ly/SEMSS
