Hi Dr. Jauhar,
Thank you for your fantastic books. I've read Intern, and I'm waiting for "Doctored" to come out on Audio books.
In Intern, you mentioned publishing a story about Intern work condition in a major newspaper which eventually resulted in a lot of backlash, and what some people may consider "black-balling." You were clearly ahead of your time, as the Institute of Medicine has addressed many of the concerns you had.
Do you think "black-balling" is a thing of the past? Or is there still a lot of concern about administrative and colleague backlash if a physician or medical student brings up a safety concern?
