Like you (and I think, other physician-entrepreneurs), I was drawn to my entrepreneurial endeavors as a way to solve the real problems I see with my patients and the healthcare system. Now that I have my own panel of patients though, I'm wondering how forward I should be about my product. I genuinely think it could help them. But is it a conflict of interest for me to be bringing that forward to them as their doctor, and also as the founder of the company making the product? What about selling my product to the medical center where I work?
