Question normal

Hi Legal Experts,

Thank you so much for taking the time to answer our questions. This is going to be a huge help. I practice in Massachusetts, and perhaps this is a state dependent question.

If a physician moonlights at the VA Emergency Room and Urgent Care, and I've been advised that they don't need to purchase their own malpractice insurance.

On the other hand, my colleagues who moonlight at private hospitals have been advised that they do need to purchase their own malpractice.

Could you shed some light on this?
