Question normal

In many hospitals a patient is seen by many diffrent doctors and students. Currently most hospitals use a tv screen or internal computer application to track which doctor/student is seeing which patients (for example on emergency wards). However a lot of things do not get tracked (directly)by this system and need to be checked manually. When are the laboratory results in? Is the X-ray done yet?

The patient dashboard is a google glass application that tracks patients in wards, emergency rooms and operations. Individual users can add (or let other people add) wards and patients to their 'patient dashboard'. The dashboard will then track these patients using visual notifications when lab results, x-rays are available or an operation is done. This increased effective data management, reduced clicking through tedious systems, and imrpoves mobility because of the wireless management of all your current patients.
