In your future analyses of this cohort (such as in LEAP-On), do you plan to collect differential DNA methylation data and include it in your analyses (either epigenome-wide or candidate gene analysis based on other studies of epigenetic alterations connected with allergy development)? Perhaps such analyses would be beneficial for understanding both potential sustained tolerance in the LEAP-On study as well as the differences in those participants who had a reaction either at the baseline oral challenge (Table S11), those who had to terminate peanut consumption due to reaction (Table S10), and those who reacted at the 5 year visit.
