Question normal

I have heard that there is no "best" time to start a family and that you just have to make it work with your spouse and career. Yet I wonder whether there is a time that would make the most sense to start a family while at the same time balancing career goals to pursue a tenure track at an academic institution. I have heard various advice in the past, including that having children during residency may be a good option since there is ultimately less patient responsibility than serving as an attending. I am curious to find out what all of you as female leaders in medicine think about this topic.
