Not surprisingly, many of our expert physician innovators have mentioned a tendency to identify areas of potential improvement and a natural desire to create solutions. Both seem important since the former without the latter is just complaining. But because of this inclination to identify and solve problems, innovators often accumulate a portfolio of potential projects.
