Question special

The article by Hasselqvist et al. highlights that location of cardiac arrest matters- whether in home versus out of home. I would think location in terms of rural/residential/city would also matter. In your experience, do you find OHCA occurs less frequently in rural or residential areas as opposed to major cities? Is this due to a lower population, a lower percentage of trained bystanders or both? And if so, is there a way to address this disparity?
