In the results section and in the supplementary appendix on body weight, I found it interesting that Liraglutide seemed to be more effective in patients in the lower range BMI than in BMI ranges of 40 or higher. This result is in contrary to other weight loss studies, where usually patients with a higher baseline BMI tend to respond better than those in the lower BMI ranges. Any idea as to why it is different in this study and do you think this result would guide us in the choice of patients who are suitable for treatment with Liraglutide for weight loss?
