The overarching problem I'd hope to solve is that personalized medical information isn't readily available in an immediate sense. You could go to an emergency room, but it may not be that severe. You also could go online but each human body is different.

I propose an SMS-based service with both an automated and a human component where one could receive basic personalized medical attention.

The user would send a message to the service stating their medical issue, upon which the user would be returned with an automated prompt associated with the medical concern they provided. From there, assuming the concern needs human attention, the service would connect the user with a medical professional who could then offer basic care, advice, etc.

The service would also provided automated responses to where medicine can be acquired, setting up appointments, locating nearby medical facilities, etc.
