Hello everybody, and welcome! It's an honor to be here kicking off our next discussion on setting healthy boundaries. In our last forum, we discussed how to create a work-life balance. Today I want to get us thinking how to make the move towards that balance by creating our own healthy work and personal boundaries. Why do we need them? What are the pros and cons to making a conscious effort about the boundaries we create? In what contexts, or to what extent, have you made particular boundaries in your life?
