Several of you have mentioned medical education and provider training as key aspects to improving the state of LGBT health and healthcare. The Obergefell v. Hodges decision is also another step in the right direction for same-sex partners and for LGBT acceptance. What other ways do you envision we can reduce LGBT discrimination and disparities in health/healthcare? Change will likely have to come from multiple directions, but where do you think might be the most effective or efficient avenues for intervention or advocacy: clinical/medical, sociocultural, public health, legal/legislative, etc.?
