As with adoption of any intervention, there is bound to be variability in how the adopters act at different time points. Did you find that there was a linear relationship in terms of reduction of CAUTIs over the course of the sustainability phase of the intervention or did the rates reach a plateau at some point? This could suggest some interesting hypotheses as to how participants interacted with the program over time.
