Some prior studies have shown that frozen embryo transfer may yield improved outcomes for women with infertility with the thought being that these transfers have better endometrial receptivity compared to those recently stimulated receiving fresh embryo transfers. Do you think that PCOS pathology played a role in the improved live birth rate and decreased miscarriage rate that you found for frozen embryo transfers or is this finding perhaps reflective of what may be seen in all women with infertility undergoing frozen embryo transfer?
